TERMS AND CONDITIONS & PAYMENT TERMS - NP UK CORPORATE SERVICES LTD

PART 1: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
1. DEFINITIONS
- “Company” refers to NP UK Corporate Services Ltd, a company within the NP UK Holdings Ltd group.
- “Services” refers to administrative and compliance support services provided via yourbusinessadmin.co.uk.
2. PROVISION OF SERVICES
- The Company provides administrative support only and does not provide legal advice. Legal services require a separate engagement with NP UK Associates Ltd.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- The Company’s total liability is capped at the total annual fees paid by the Client in the twelve (12) months preceding a claim.
PART 2: PAYMENT TERMS
1. FEE STRUCTURE
- Fees are quoted in GBP and subject to VAT. Formation fees are payable in full in advance.
2. LATE PAYMENTS
- The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
